Happy Easter Everyone! I had a big crew for dinner today and we ate way too much food. Below are a few things from the dinner.
Easter Fruit Bunny – Compliments to my Sous Chef Samantha for putting the bunny together!
Ingredients:
1 pineapple
1 pear
3 kiwi
18 oz blueberries
6 oz raspberries
10 oz strawberries

Cheese Ball Carrot – Compliments to Betty for handling cheese ball duty!
Ingredients:
2 8oz. Cream Cheese
1/4 tsp accent
1 tbsp dried onions
1 tbsp worcestershire sauce
1 pkg chipped beef
shredded cheese
Apple Caramel Salad:
Ingredients:
4 large apples
2 cups whip cream
toffee bits
caramel bits
This is he easiest dessert recipe ever. Cut the apples and mix all ingredients together. Chill until time to serve!
